Pink currant Aili chutney with Finnish squeaky cheese




What you need



Aili berries
Jam sugar
Vinegar (balsamico)
Onions (shallot)
Ginger
Chili
Garlic
White pepper
Salt

Bread cheese for serving



How to do it



Chop the onions and chili, slice the garlic, and grate the ginger. Pull berries off the stems.



Boil in vinegar and once soft, add 2 cups jam sugar and stir. 




Let softly boil whilst stirring, then add white pepper and salt. 

Let cool and refrigerate in glass jars.


Serve with warm mini-sized bread cheese (“Finnish squeaky cheese”)
