Backyard-made smoked salmon


How to make fresh salmon fillets in a smoker.

Pull out a smoker:





Fire it up with charcoal.



Spice salmon fillets with salt, pepper and dill. Place them on the grill when the fire has settled.



Put the lid back on and add wood shavings.



Throw some sugar on top of the charcoals at the very end. 

Ready:




Serve with boiled potatoes and sauce
