Pain confort - baked sandwiches

"What you've got is what you need"

How to do the pain confort:

Place some slices of bread onto a baking sheet
mix oil-canned tuna (or sliced zucchini, aubergines, tofu, or nothing), with some cream cheese and a crushed garlic 




pour the mixture on top of the partly oiled or buttered bread slices and add sliced onion (red, normal or shallots)




then sliced tomato and plenty of cheese



Any cheese will work, I had leftover raclette and mozzarella



Bake in 200C (390F) for about 6 minutes, until cheese has melted. Add loads of grated parmesan and return to oven for 8-10 minutes




Serve with spices of choice
