Yogurt sauce

A natural yogurt sauce for many things, like Falafels

What you need



Yogurt
Bell peppers
Cucumber
Dill
Estragon

Optional additional ingredients (recommended) Lemon and garlic














How to do it


Cut the herbs




Add herbs into the yogurt (with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves and lemon juice)




Chop the vegetables into cubes and mix





Keep chilled for at least 2 hrs before serving
