Tomato and Goat cheese detox soup

This spicy detox soup can be served warm or cold



What you need







8-10 tomatoes

2-3 onions

3-4 garlic cloves

2-3 chilies

Goat cheese

1 lime

Turmeric (dried powder or fresh -or both)

Fresh coriander (cilantro)

Black pepper

Vegetable oil





How to do it


Slice the garlic -place aside

Gently fry cut onions, chili, turmeric and black pepper

in plenty of oil




Add a little water, then let the tomatoes and garlic

soften in the steam



Blend and add the goat cheese, cut coriander and 

lime-juice


Serve
