Another excellent
soup for detoxing – and just like the Carrot-ginger soup two versions can be
made in one go and both taste good warm or cold
What you
need
Lots of kale
2 cauliflowers
1 leek
1-2 green squash
Fresh thyme
Fresh
oregano
Vegetable bouillon
or fond
Cayenne
pepper
Black pepper
Salt
Additional
ingredients for version 2:
Fresh
ginger
Cream
cheese
More cayenne
pepper
Use two
kettles. Start by boiling the cauliflower and leek, then add the kale and
sliced squash, proportionally 1:1 in each kettle. Use very little water and let the kale and squash soften in the steam rather than boiling in the water. Add peeled and cut ginger
into the other kettle (this will become version 2). Add spice and bouillon to both kettles and remove from
heat
Blend
Add cut
thyme and oregano to both versions and add cream cheese and plenty of cayenne pepper to
version 2
Serve with
fresh herbs
