What you need
5-6 garlic cloves
3-4 egg yolks (save the whites)
Lemon
300-400 ml Olive oil
Salt
Whisk the yolks and add salt. Squeeze in the garlic. Slowly
add the olive oil and keep whisking. Add lemon juice to taste.
Best made the day before, but if you are in a rush you can
cheat and add mayonnaise to get the right texture for immediate use.
