By Robert the Cat
I think I might have ADHD. MyPerson has been talking about it a lot lately so I started to reflect over my own behaviour.
Here's an example: I might be taking a leisurely stroll in the garden, pondering my secret singular Name, feeling very peaceful and at ease. Then all of a sudden I take off, not even knowing what exactly interrupted my deep thoughts.
It might be a silent crackle in the bushes, or a tiny movement of a leave. Whatever it is, there is no stopping me. This is called lack of impulse control. I may need to bring this up with my Vet next time we go.
myPerson recently read an article for bloggers, the experts repeatedly warned against writing about your cat saying: "Nobody cares about your cat".
I'm not the least bit offended but I guess myPerson got worried 'cause if nobody cares about a cat (and we're two - Jacob and me) and it's forbidden in the blogger world to write about your dearest pet, then who's going to care about her avocado tree?
The tree that doesn't even exist yet. It's a stalk with three tiny leaves on top.
Luckily myPerson recently made her 1st day with 10'000 steps! Then she took it easy for a few days, she said it's OK to be like the average American, who according to the Internet walks 5'600 steps a day.
Well, I think I better be off joining my buddies in the garden now.
